1. Purpose and relationship to other policies.

This Refund Policy describes how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for purchases made through this website. It should be read with the Shipping Policy, which describes processing and delivery, with the Terms of Purchase, which describes the formation of the contract, and with the Privacy Policy, which describes how information provided in connection with a return is handled. Where this policy refers to “delivery,” it means the date on which the carrier’s tracking record shows the parcel was delivered to the address you provided, or the date on which the parcel was delivered to a collection point designated by the carrier.

The rights described here are contractual rights offered by us. They are in addition to, and do not replace, any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. If a statutory right provides a longer period or a more favorable condition than this policy, the statutory right controls to the extent of the conflict. Nothing in this policy requires you to waive a statutory right as a condition of purchase.

2. The 60-day return window.

You may request a return within sixty calendar days after delivery. The sixty-day period begins on the delivery date shown in the carrier’s tracking record. If the tracking record does not show a delivery date, the period begins on the date the carrier marks the parcel as delivered or, where no delivery confirmation is available, on a date reasonably determined from the shipment record.

A return request made after the sixty-day period may be declined unless applicable law requires otherwise or unless we choose, in a specific instance, to accept it as a courtesy. A courtesy acceptance in one instance does not modify the sixty-day window for future orders and does not create a binding practice.

The sixty-day window is measured from delivery, not from the order date. This distinction matters because processing and transit occur before delivery; a customer who orders early and receives later is not disadvantaged by the time spent in transit. For a supplement, the window is long enough to take the product consistently for a meaningful period and observe your own response before deciding. If you have taken a product for fewer than the recommended number of days and are uncertain, the window still gives you room to continue before the deadline.

3. Condition requirements for return eligibility.

Because the products sold on this website are dietary supplements intended for ingestion, the condition standard differs from the standard used for non-consumable goods. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following requirements:

(a) Seal integrity. The product must be returned with its factory seal intact and unbroken. A supplement whose seal has been broken, opened, or tampered with cannot be returned for a change of mind because it cannot be verified as safe for resale or for another customer. This is a health-safety rule, not a penalty. A product with a broken seal may still be eligible for a damaged-or-defective claim if the reason for the claim is a defect present before opening or damage that occurred in transit.

(b) Packaging and components. The item should be returned with its original outer packaging and any included printed materials, where practicable. If the outer packaging was damaged on opening, the item remains eligible if the seal was intact at the time of delivery and the product itself is in eligible condition. Missing outer packaging alone is not a condition failure if the seal integrity can be verified.

(c) No alteration or misuse. The item must not have been altered, mixed with another substance, stored outside the conditions stated on the label, or used in a manner inconsistent with the label instructions after delivery. A product that has been exposed to abnormal heat, moisture, or contamination after delivery is not eligible for a change-of-mind return.

(d) Quantity. For multi-bottle bundles, the return may be accepted if the unopened bottles are returned with seals intact. An opened bottle within a bundle may disqualify the opened unit from a change-of-mind return but does not necessarily disqualify the unopened units in the same bundle, subject to inspection.

If an item does not meet the condition requirements, we will contact you with the reason and may offer a partial refund or a return of the item at your cost, depending on the circumstances. We will not treat a minor cosmetic imperfection on the outer packaging as a condition failure where the seal is intact and the product itself is eligible.

4. Items that are not eligible for return.

The following categories are not eligible for a standard change-of-mind return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described:

(a) Products with a broken or missing factory seal, for the health-safety reasons described in Section 3.

(b) Products marked as final sale at the time of purchase, where the final-sale designation was disclosed before checkout. A final-sale designation does not remove rights that applicable consumer law grants for defective goods or goods that do not conform to the description.

(c) Products that have been personalized, relabeled, or customized at your request.

(d) Gift cards or store credit instruments, where applicable.

An item that is not eligible for a standard return may still be eligible for a damaged-or-defective claim if the reason for the claim is a defect present at delivery, transit damage, or a material difference from the product description. A change of mind about the product’s suitability for your body is handled under the standard return conditions, not as a defect.

5. How to initiate a return.

To initiate a return, contact us through the Contact page on this website before sending anything back. Include the order information and a brief description of the reason for the return. For a supplement return, state whether the seal is intact and whether the item is a change-of-mind return or a damage/defect claim. We will respond with return instructions, including the return destination and any labeling or packaging requirements.

Do not send a return to the address on the original shipping label unless the return instructions expressly direct you to do so. The shipping origin and the return destination may differ. Items sent back without a return authorization may experience delays in processing or may be declined if they cannot be matched to an authorized return. For safety reasons, do not return a product that has leaked or been contaminated; contact us first so that we can provide appropriate handling instructions.

6. Return shipping costs.

Return shipping is at your cost unless the return is due to a defect, transit damage, or an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong product. Where the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, we will provide the return instructions and cover the reasonable return shipping cost. Where the return is a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, and the original free shipping provided on the order is not refundable as a separate amount because it was not charged to you.

This allocation of return shipping cost does not affect any statutory right that requires a seller to bear return costs in specified circumstances. If applicable law requires us to bear the cost in a situation not described here, that law controls. For international returns, any duties or taxes that were covered by us on the original shipment are not recoverable by you and are not added to the refund; the refund is based on the merchandise amount and the return shipping cost allocation described here.

7. Refund processing time and method.

After an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval decision. If the return is approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method within five to ten business days after the approval decision. “Business days” means Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in the United States.

The five-to-ten-business-day period is the period during which we initiate and complete the refund on our side. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account after it is initiated. That additional posting time is outside our control and is not counted in the five-to-ten-business-day period. A refund is considered completed on our side when the credit is transmitted to the payment processor, not when it appears on your statement.

Refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method. We do not issue refunds to a different card, a different account, or a different currency unless the original payment method is unavailable and applicable law or the payment processor’s rules permit an alternative. If the original payment method is no longer valid, contact us through the Contact page to arrange an alternative that complies with the processor’s requirements. Shipping charges are not refunded on a change-of-mind return because shipping was provided free of charge. On a defective, damaged, or error-related return, the refund covers the merchandise amount and, where applicable, the reasonable return shipping cost we agreed to cover.

8. Exchanges.

An exchange is handled as a return of the original item followed by a new order for the replacement item, unless a direct exchange is expressly offered at the time of the request. This structure ensures that the return and the new purchase are each documented separately. If a direct exchange is offered, the replacement item is shipped after the original item is received and inspected, and the same seal-integrity and condition requirements apply. Price differences between the original item and the replacement item are handled as an additional charge or a partial refund, as applicable.

For supplement exchanges based on a formula difference — for example, moving from one fenugreek-free blend to another — the replacement is treated as a new order and is subject to the price and availability in effect at the time of the exchange request. The original order’s discount does not automatically carry over to the replacement order unless a direct exchange is expressly offered with that term.

9. Damaged or defective items.

An item that arrives damaged or defective is not subject to the change-of-mind seal requirement, because the defect or damage may not be discoverable until the seal is opened. Report the issue through the Contact page as soon as practicable after delivery, with photographs of the product, the label, and, where relevant, the packaging. We will evaluate the report and, where the damage or defect is attributable to transit, fulfillment, or manufacturing, arrange a replacement or a full refund of the merchandise amount, including the return shipping cost where we request the item back.

A defect that appears after reasonable use may still be eligible if it is a material failure of the product’s described performance rather than normal variation. For supplements, “defect” does not mean “the product did not produce the result I hoped for.” Botanical response varies by individual, and a formula that does not produce a noticeable change for one person may produce one for another; that variation is not a manufacturing defect. A defect claim must be based on a compromised seal, contamination, a labeling error, a foreign object, or a failure of the product to match the disclosed ingredients or doses.

10. Late or missing refunds.

If a refund has been approved and the five-to-ten-business-day period has passed without the credit appearing, first check with your bank or card issuer, because posting delays are common. If the credit still does not appear, contact us through the Contact page with the order information and the approval notice. We will confirm the transmission record on our side and, where necessary, provide documentation that you can share with your payment provider. Do not open a payment dispute before contacting us, because a dispute can suspend the refund process while the processor investigates; contacting us first usually resolves the issue faster.

11. Refused deliveries and returns to sender.

A parcel refused at delivery without a valid damage, defect, or shipping-error reason is treated as a change-of-mind return after it is returned to us. The refund is processed under the standard change-of-mind terms, and the reshipping cost, if you request reshipment, is your responsibility. A parcel refused because of visible damage should be documented at the point of refusal if the carrier permits; this documentation supports a damage claim and avoids the change-of-mind treatment. A parcel returned to sender because a destination restricts dietary supplement imports is handled under the Shipping Policy’s destination-restriction provision and this policy’s undeliverable-order provision, not as a change-of-mind return.

12. Contact for return and refund questions.

All return requests, seal-integrity questions, damaged-item reports, and refund status inquiries are handled through the Contact page on this website. Include the order information and a clear description so that the request can be routed correctly. This policy is intended to be applied reasonably; a technical failure to follow a formatting requirement will not defeat a valid claim where the substance of the request is clear.
