1. Scope and application.

This Shipping Policy applies to every order placed through this website for delivery to an address within the United States or to an international destination we serve. By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you have read this policy and that the shipping terms described here form part of the basis of your purchase. This policy should be read together with the Refund Policy, the Terms of Purchase, and the Privacy Policy, which address what happens after delivery, how personal information is handled, and the conditions under which an order is formed. Where a conflict exists between this policy and a statement made at checkout, the checkout statement controls for that specific order only to the extent it is more specific and does not reduce the rights described here.

2. Order processing time.

We process orders within one to three business days after payment authorization is confirmed. “Business days” means Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in the United States. Processing time is the period during which an order is verified, picked, packed, and handed to the carrier. It is separate from transit time. An order placed late in the day, on a weekend, or on a holiday may begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of unusually high order volume — including periods when a discount event or a seasonal promotion increases demand beyond normal capacity — processing may extend beyond three business days. When that occurs, the extended timeframe will be communicated through the order confirmation channel or at checkout before the order is placed. Processing time is not transit time. A carrier’s advertised service level describes transit after the carrier receives the parcel, not the total time from order placement to delivery. The total expected delivery window described in this policy combines processing time and transit time, and it is the relevant estimate for planning purposes.

Because the products sold on this website are dietary supplements, orders are not held for age verification at processing unless a destination-specific rule requires it. Orders are not combined after they are placed, and an order that contains multiple items is packed and shipped as a single parcel unless the size or nature of the items makes a single parcel impractical.

3. Shipping charges.

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase threshold, no surcharge for remote domestic destinations, and no handling fee added at checkout. The price displayed at checkout for the merchandise is the total amount charged for the merchandise and its delivery. We do not add shipping charges after the order is placed, and we do not issue separate shipping invoices.

This free-shipping commitment applies to the shipping methods we select for standard delivery to the destinations we serve. It does not obligate us to provide expedited, guaranteed, or premium carrier services unless such a service is expressly offered at checkout for a stated charge. Where an expedited option is offered, the charge and the service level will be displayed before you complete the purchase. For international orders, duties and import-related charges are covered by us as described in Section 6; they are not a shipping charge and are not passed to you at delivery.

4. Estimated delivery window.

The estimated delivery window is six to twelve calendar days after the order is placed, calculated as one to three business days of processing plus transit time. This window is an estimate, not a guarantee. It reflects the typical performance of the carriers and routes we use, but it does not promise delivery on a specific calendar date.

Several factors can extend delivery beyond the estimated window, including carrier volume during peak periods, severe weather, temporary carrier operational disruptions, customs examination of international shipments, incorrect or incomplete address information, and local delivery restrictions at the destination. When a delay becomes known to us, we will make reasonable efforts to provide updated information through the order confirmation channel. A delay does not, by itself, entitle you to cancel the order after it has shipped unless the delay exceeds the limits described in the Refund Policy or unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

For supplements in particular, a delay in delivery does not change the product’s storage requirements or its suitability for use, provided the product is stored according to the instructions on the label after it arrives. If a parcel has been exposed to unusual heat or cold during an extended transit, inspect the product upon delivery and contact us through the Contact page if the packaging or the product appears compromised.

5. Destinations served and delivery restrictions.

We ship to addresses within the United States and to international destinations listed at checkout. We do not ship to addresses that a carrier cannot serve, to restricted destinations, or to freight-forwarding addresses where the final destination is outside the service area we have disclosed. If an order is placed for an address we cannot deliver to, we will contact you through the Contact page or the order confirmation channel to arrange an alternative or to cancel and refund the order.

Certain destinations impose restrictions on the import of dietary supplements, botanical products, or specific herbal ingredients. Where a restriction applies, it will be disclosed at checkout or in the product listing. We are not responsible for an order that cannot be delivered because the destination imposes a restriction that was not disclosed to us at the time of purchase and that could not reasonably have been discovered through ordinary carrier or customs information. If a customs authority detains or refuses an international supplement shipment, we will treat the matter under the covered-duties provision in Section 6 and the Refund Policy’s provisions for undeliverable international orders.

6. Duties, taxes, and import-related charges.

For international orders, duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and related charges are covered by us. You will not be asked to pay additional amounts to the carrier or to a customs authority in order to receive your order. The amount displayed at checkout is the total amount you owe for the merchandise and its delivery to the destination address you provide.

“Covered by us” means that where a customs authority or carrier assesses a duty, tax, or clearance fee on an international shipment, we bear that cost. It does not mean that you may disregard a lawful request for information from a customs authority, nor does it mean that we control the speed of customs examination. If a customs authority requests information from you directly — for example, a declaration of personal use or a product-specific questionnaire — you agree to respond accurately and promptly so that clearance is not delayed. If a shipment is held or refused because requested information was not provided, the resulting delay or refusal is not a breach of the delivery estimate, but we will still make reasonable efforts to assist through the Contact page.

This provision does not make us the importer of record for your order. It is a commercial commitment to absorb the charges described. Local sales taxes that are separately required to be collected at checkout, if any, will be displayed before purchase and are not duties within the meaning of this section. For dietary supplements, some destinations classify botanical products as restricted or require an import permit; where such a requirement applies, the covered-duties commitment does not obligate us to obtain a permit on your behalf, but we will inform you of the requirement through the Contact page if it becomes known to us before shipment.

7. Order confirmation and tracking.

After an order is placed, a confirmation is sent through the contact method provided at checkout. Tracking information is made available after the carrier receives the parcel and scans it into its network. Tracking updates may lag behind physical movement, particularly during peak periods or when a parcel crosses an international border. A missing scan does not necessarily mean the parcel is lost; it may mean the carrier has not yet processed the scan event.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, you may contact us through the Contact page, and we will make reasonable efforts to obtain information from the carrier. We are not the carrier and do not control its scanning practices, but we will act as the point of contact between you and the carrier for the purpose of resolving a tracking issue. Because supplements are consumable products, a tracking gap that is resolved without loss does not extend the return window; the return window is measured from delivery, not from the order date or the first tracking scan.

8. Delays, lost parcels, and damaged shipments.

If a parcel is delayed beyond the estimated window, the first step is to check the tracking record for a carrier exception or a delivery attempt notice. If the tracking record does not explain the delay, contact us through the Contact page with the order information. We will open a carrier inquiry where appropriate and keep you informed of the outcome.

A parcel is treated as lost when the carrier confirms non-delivery or when the tracking record shows no movement for a period that the carrier itself treats as a loss threshold. When a parcel is confirmed lost, we will, at your choice, reship the order or refund the amount paid, subject to the Refund Policy. A parcel that is marked delivered but not received requires a delivery verification process with the carrier before a reshipment or refund can be approved; this is a necessary step because the carrier’s record must be corrected before a claim can proceed.

Damage that is apparent at delivery should be documented with photographs of the outer packaging and the product label and contents. Report the damage through the Contact page as soon as practicable after delivery. For supplements, do not consume a product from damaged packaging or a compromised seal, even if the capsules or the inner contents appear intact. We will evaluate the report and, where the damage is attributable to transit or fulfillment, arrange a replacement or refund under the Refund Policy. Normal wear to the outer packaging that does not compromise the seal or the product is not transit damage.

9. Address accuracy and delivery failures.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. A delivery failure caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may result in the parcel being returned to us or held by the carrier. If a parcel is returned because of an address issue, we will contact you to confirm a corrected address and may require payment of a reshipping charge that reflects the carrier’s actual cost of the return and the new shipment. This reshipping charge is separate from the free-shipping commitment, which applies to the original shipment to the address provided at checkout.

If a parcel is refused at delivery without a valid reason connected to damage, defect, or a shipping error, the return and any reshipping are handled under the Refund Policy’s provisions for refused deliveries. If a carrier requires a signature and no one is available to sign, the carrier will follow its own attempt and hold procedures; we will assist through the Contact page but cannot override the carrier’s delivery requirements. An order that is returned because a destination restricts dietary supplement imports is handled under Section 6 and the Refund Policy, not as an address error.

10. Relationship with the Refund Policy and order cancellation.

Shipping and delivery are the front end of the transaction; returns and refunds are the back end. The Refund Policy describes the 60-day return window measured from delivery, the condition requirements for a return — including the sealed-product requirement for supplements — and the 5-to-10-business-day refund processing period after an approved return is received and inspected. Nothing in this Shipping Policy shortens those rights.

An order may be cancelled before it is handed to the carrier without a return authorization, because no shipment has yet occurred. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is handled as a return under the Refund Policy. If you request a cancellation after shipment, we will provide the return instructions that apply. A cancellation request does not suspend the processing of an order that has already entered the fulfillment queue; if the order ships before the cancellation is processed, it is treated as a shipped order and the return process applies.

11. Contact for shipping questions.

Shipping questions, address corrections before shipment, tracking inquiries, damage reports, and destination-restriction questions are handled through the Contact page on this website. Please include the order information and a clear description of the issue so that the inquiry can be routed without unnecessary back-and-forth. We do not use shipping-related communication to limit rights that applicable consumer law grants you, and this policy should be read in that light.
